Disclaimer: I'm not going to cite evidence (too lazy :( I hated English class and writing fucking essays). I know that I can use hard data and evidence and elaborate into further detail for my points but frankly I think what I have written gets the point across without me having to do so much work to empirically prove every thought I have as that would take a lot of research. However, I'm not opposed to doing this required research in the future if we want to convey these points to the public. I believe that when we convey our claims to the public, they must be empirically proven, backed by statistics, studies, etc. that are reputable and definitions should be explored like how lawyers write fine print, such that a big contract can have concise parameters and there is little to no room for confusion or misinterpretation as people perceive words and topics differently than others from their personal point of view. There is a certain way you can write something to remove ambiguity etc. Anyways, there are lots of factors to consider when preparing an idea for transmission that will ensure it is perceived as it was thought.

In the stock market there are some called Value Investors, these people purchase stock in companies that are undervalued and over time the market value gradually moves towards the actual value and a profit is made.

What does this have to do with the IBM? It has to do with the fact that in this current age, men's value and men's perceived value is not aligning. We see this in the household, in the education system, in the workforce, in the sexual/relationship market, and in society.

Men Vs Women Intrinsic Value
While you need both man and woman for their roles, men are intrinsically more valuable than women. Just comparing the male brain to the female brain, you already have a more dominant and driven male mind (statistically more intelligent too). As you compare the physical form the differences show more. The male is bigger, stronger, and faster. Men can do more production; can carry bigger loads, chop down more trees, etc. They naturally produce more output than women thus are intrinsically more valuable in terms of any material development.

Men Vs Women Situational Value
If you take a snapshot of the economy, you will see that men mostly function in essential jobs whereas women do fuck all (pun/joke/play on words intended, promiscuous ah). Men get the oil used to power our military, hell, they make up the military. A military power is of utmost value, I don't even need to elaborate on that. They maintain our industrial equipment, service our automobiles, carry out surgeries and medical procedures to maintain life, design and construct innovative technologies, and most important of all: fix toilets.

Now, let's do a little thought experiment. Take away men from the economy, what happens? Everything stops functioning, we have no military power and get invaded. Production slows. After a certain amount of time, machines and equipment start to break down, innovation slows. People die from lack of medical attention. The scenario is not good.

Now, take away the women, what happens? Production has slight turbulence, and... no I don't have anything else, that's literally it. Maybe more people die due to lack of medical attention. The economy is fine and jobs open up for unemployed men.

Key Point
So now we see how valuable men really are as shown in my comparison. Surely with all the structure and value they provide would be reflected in society, right? RIGHT?! Let us take a pickety peek. NO, the answer is a fucking RETARDED NO. Household value is at an all time low, educational value is at an all time low, sexual/relationship market value is at an all time low, workforce value is at an all time low, societal value is at an all time low. Men's perceived value is at an all time low. There is a disgraceful gap between men's perceived value and intrinsic value, and I truly mean without grace, because this is not beautiful it is not lovely and it is not just. Connecting back to my introduction of Value Investing we see that the underlying commodity eventually (usually) will have its perceived value move to represent its intrinsic value. I believe that is what is happening in the coming century.

Conclusion
Men are more valuable than women and need to be recognized for it and we (IBM) are part of the movement of that dynamic between men's perceived and intrinsic value.

Once the development of gene editing and artificial uterus technology is complete; they will be obsolete, and their only value will be entertainment based. As you pointed out, even their sexual value decreases over time by dynamic of society, their equipment and appeal gains mileage and wears down.
